Modibodi takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem.
If you have received a product that is deemed faulty we will honour replacements on faulty pairs for up to 6 months post-purchase date. This excludes items indicated as not perfect.
We ask you to contact info@modibodi.com, please provide the following:
1. Your order number
2. A photograph of the garment/s affected (please be sure to send just ONE photo including all the garments affected)
3. The size and style of the underwear that is faulty
3. Provide the batch number of the item for our reference which can be found on the label of the garment.
