How can I track the progress of my order?
Due to Brexit, there may be delays with orders purchased from our EU website, outside of our control, due to increased transit times between our warehouse in the UK and EU addresses.
We will email you as soon as your order is placed and processed, and then again when your item has been shipped. If you do not receive these emails, please also check your spam folder as the email might have been forwarded there. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Experience team at [email protected] so they can investigate further and get you the information you need.
