We offer delivery to various international locations. While we always strive to deliver your orders promptly, please keep in mind that during high volume periods such as Cyber Weekend, or in extreme weather conditions, there may be slight delays. However, we want you to know that we are working tirelessly to ensure that your orders arrive as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these times.
For specific delivery timeframes and information for each region, please refer to the relevant section below:
- AU Website Orders: We deliver Australia-wide within 3-5 business days for metro areas and 5-7 business days for regional areas. Express is also available for 1-2 business days for metro areas and 3-5 business days for regional areas.
- NZ and USA Website Orders: We deliver to select international countries using DHL shipping. The estimated delivery time is around 5-12 business days.
- EU Website Orders: We deliver throughout most of Europe within 3-5 business days for EU countries and 5-7 business days for non-EU countries.
- UK Website Orders: We offer FREE standard trackable shipping to all UK and Northern Ireland orders. Delivery time is estimated at 3-5 business days for metro areas and 5-7 business days for regional areas. Express is also available for 2 business days for metro areas and 3-5 business days for regional areas.

While we make an effort to ensure a timely delivery, it's important to recognise that unexpected events like strikes or floods may lead to delivery delays. Dispatch delays might also arise due to the need for payment or address verification or correction prior to dispatch.
Please be aware that during sale periods, dispatch delays of up to 5 days beyond our standard dispatch times can occur. Postage delivery times remain unaffected unless advised. Costs of shipping will not be refunded where a dispatch delay occurs.
