Please note, our 60 Day Risk-Free Trial applies only to your first order and does not cover postage costs. For any purchases after that, while the risk-free trial does not apply, you can still return unopened extra pairs for store credit or exchange them for a different product using our returns portal.
To take advantage of the 60 days risk free trial offer, simply email us with your order number, the name of the product you're claiming, the reason for your claim and if you prefer a refund or a store credit. Each request is carefully reviewed, and we’ll reach out via email if we need any clarification.
Please note that no further refunds, credits, or exchanges can be given for any additional worn undergarments. Additionally, the following items are excluded from the 60 Day Risk-Free Trial:
