What do I need to know about customs, charges and duties?Updated 8 days ago

Please note that customs duties and charges in your country are the responsibility of the recipient and not Modibodi. We can't cover or reimburse these charges. For more details, click  here. 

For our UK customers, rest easy knowing there are no additional taxes or duties on your order since we ship from our UK warehouse.

For our EU customers, we ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Most EU countries don’t impose additional duties or taxes on shipments from the Netherlands, but it’s always a good idea to double-check for your specific location.

Should you reject paying these fees/taxes and your goods are returned to us, we will refund you the cost of the goods minus the costs charged to us for shipping to your country, plus return shipping and any additional charges applied by the shipping carrier.
