I haven't received my exchange or store credit requestUpdated a year ago

At Modibodi, we strive to make our returns process as smooth and efficient as possible. 


Typically, we process returns, refunds, and store credits within 7-10 business days upon receiving them in our returns warehouses. However, during high volume periods, such as holidays and sales, there may be some delays. Rest assured, we'll do our best to handle your return promptly. 


In case you're worried that your return has not been processed yet, even after the expected timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. Kindly provide your parcel's tracking number so we can investigate and assist you further. 


To make tracking easier, we recommend using a postage service with tracking when sending back your item. This way, you can keep an eye on your parcel's status and know when it reaches our returns facility. 


Additionally, we suggest checking your junk/spam folders for any email updates regarding your return, especially if you ordered using a different email address. Sometimes, our emails might end up there, so it's best to check just in case.
