How do I return my items?Updated 4 months ago

At Modibodi, we strive to make every part of your experience with us seamless and enjoyable—even when it comes to returns. Here’s your quick guide to sending items back, effortlessly: 

Easy Returns in a Few Steps: 

Step 1: First things first, check out our Returns Policy for your region to make sure you're all set with the guidelines: 

  • Remember, products must be returned unopened, in their original condition, and with all tags attached within 30 days. 
  • If you're returning items from multiple orders, please ensure they are sent back in separate packages. Combining items from different orders into one package will lead to inaccuracies in identifying your returns at our warehouse.  

Step 2: Get your order number and the email address you used to place the order, then visit your local returns portal to start your claim: 

Step 3: Follow the instructions to initiate your return. 

  • If you're in Australia, the UK, or the USA, you'll prepay and receive a prepaid shipping label along with your Returns Form via email. If you're in New Zealand, Cook Islands or Europe, you’ll get your Returns Form by email and pay for the returns shipping at your local post office. 
  • If you decide to exchange your items through our 'Shop Now' option in the portal, don’t worry - we’ll handle the shipping costs for the new items you select. 
  • Make sure to enclose the Returns form inside your package to help us identify you and process your return faster. No printer? No problem. Just jot down all the necessary details on a piece paper and include it in the package.
  • To ensure we process your returns accurately, please return items from different orders in separate packages. Please note that return shipping fees will apply to each order.  

Step 4: Drop off your package at the post office and keep the tracking number handy to ensure it reaches us safely.  

Processing Returns:

We usually get returns sorted within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Keep in mind though, that busy times like holidays and sales might slow things down a bit. If you think your return’s been delivered but hasn’t been processed yet, just shoot us an email with your return tracking number and we’ll take care of it.
