How do I return my items?Updated a day ago

At Modibodi, we're all about making your experience great, especially when it comes to returns. Just follow these simple steps below to send your items back: 

Returning Items:

Step 1: Please take a moment to visit our Returns Policy page and carefully review the terms and conditions. Remember, all returns must be processed through our returns portal, which you can find on the respective Returns Policy page for your region. 

Step 2: Review our policy for any excluded items. 

  • Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.  
  • For Bundle Packs, one item can be opened and tried on over clothing, all other items must remain unopened. 
  • Drop off your parcel at your local post office and keep your tracking number to ensure it reaches our warehouse safely. 
  • Make sure to enclose the form inside your package to help us identify you and process your return. Returns without the included paperwork will not be accepted, as we cannot trace the sender. 

Step 3: Get your order number and the email address you used to place the order. Then, pick the returns portal for your region from the list below: 

  • For customers who purchased from our AU site, returns portal here. 
  • For customers who purchased from our US site, returns portal here. 
  • For customers who purchased from our NZ site, returns portal here. 
  • For customers who purchased from our UK site, returns portal here. 
  • For customers who purchased from our EU site, returns portal here. 

Step 4: Send back any unopened products in their original packaging to our warehouse. You’ll find the address in the returns portal. 


Follow-Up on Returns:

If you wish to follow up on your returned items, just drop us an email at [email protected] with your parcel’s tracking number, and we’ll take a look for you. 

Processing Returns:

We usually get returns sorted within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Keep in mind though, that busy times like holidays and sales might slow things down a bit. If you think your return’s been delivered but hasn’t been processed yet, just shoot us an email at [email protected] with your return tracking number. We’re here to help you out.🙏
