To return your Modibodi period underwear or leak-proof garments, start by checking our Returns Policy to confirm your item is eligible. Items must be unworn, unopened, with tags attached and returned within 30 days.
To begin your return:
- Go to the Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address.
- Complete your return request and download the returns form.
- Pack your item with the form and send it via your local post office, keeping the tracking number.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless you choose an exchange through the portal.
