How do I return my items?Updated a year ago

At Modibodi, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service, and we want to ensure that your return experience is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To help you with this, please follow the steps outlined below. 


Returning Items: 


Step 1: Please visit our Returns Policy page and carefully read the terms and conditions. All returns must be processed through our returns portal, which can be found on the respective returns policy page for your region. 


Step 2: Send your unopened products back (in their original packaging) to our warehouse as indicated in the returns portal. Please use the relevant returns portal below to initiate your return: 

  • For customers who purchased from our AU site, returns portal here. 
  • For customers who purchased from our US site, returns portal here. 
  • For customers who purchased from our NZ site, returns portal here. 
  • For customers who purchased from our UK site, returns portal here. 
  • For customers who purchased from our EU site, returns portal here. 


Step 3: Please review our policy for any excluded items, such as Bundle Packs. If purchasing a Bundle Pack, you may open 1 (one) item only to try on over clothing. The remaining Bundle Pack items must be returned in sealed and unopened packaging if the whole Bundle Pack is being returned. 

  • Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • To ensure that your parcel arrives back at our warehouse safely, please drop your parcel off at your local post office and keep a hold of your tracking number. Any returns sent back to us without the enclosed paperwork will not be accepted as we cannot trace the sender; please ensure you enclose the form so that we can identify you and provide a resolution. 


Follow-Up on Returns: 


If you wish to follow up on your returned items, please send us an email at [email protected] with your parcel's tracking number, and we will look into this for you. 


Processing Returns: 


We aim to process returns refunds/store credit within 7-10 business days of receiving them in our warehouse, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays and sales, could cause delays. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please email us at [email protected] with your return tracking number, and we will be happy to look into this further for you.
