If you’d like to check the status of your Modibodi return, please email [email protected] with your return tracking number and our team will assist you. 

Once your period underwear or leak-proof garments arrive at our warehouse, returns are usually processed within 7–10 business days. Processing times may take a little longer during busy periods such as sales or holidays. 

If your tracking shows your return has been delivered but hasn’t been processed yet, simply contact our Customer Experience team with your tracking number and we’ll look into it for you.
