We’re always looking for ways to make the Modibodi experience even better — and the best way to do that is by listening to the people who know us best: you.

Our Customer Outreach Program is all about having real conversations with our community so we can understand your journey, your experience, and what you’d love to see from us next.

What It Involves

We’re inviting selected customers to join us for a quick 15‑minute chat with our Customer Experience team, between 24th and 27th of March.
These conversations are relaxed, friendly, and open - think of them as a chance to share what you’ve loved, what could be better, and what would make your Modibodi experience even more amazing.

With your permission, we’ll record the call so we can capture your insights accurately and make sure your feedback is fully heard.

As a thank‑you for your time and honesty, you’ll receive a $100 Modibodi credit once the session is complete.
