Can I change my order/delivery address after it's been placed?Updated a month ago

We process orders hourly so once the order has been placed, we are unable to:  

  • Cancel orders 
  • Add, remove or replace items in your order 
  • Update your shipping address or shipping method 

 

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order address, please contact our Customer Experience team immediately at [email protected] or on our website live chat (9am-4pm AEST) as we may be able to catch your order prior to packing.  

 

Unfortunately if your order is already in packing, it will be unable to be located for changes or cancellation.  

 

Please be advised that we have high volume periods, especially around the holidays and sales that could cause delays in us responding to your request. 

 

We are not liable for refunds or replacements for any lost parcels due to incorrect address entered at check out.
