Can I change my order/delivery address after it's been placed?Updated a day ago
We process orders on an hourly basis, and once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes such as:
- Cancel orders
- Add, remove or replace items in your order
- Update your shipping address or shipping method
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order address, please contact our Customer Experience team immediately at [email protected] or on our website live chat (9am-8pm AEST) as we may be able to catch your order prior to packing.
Unfortunately, once your order is already in packing phase, we cannot locate it for changes or cancellation.
Please be advised that we have high volume periods, especially around the holidays and sales that could cause delays in us responding to your request.
It's important to mention that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost parcels resulting from an incorrectly entered address at checkout. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
