Our Puma x Modibodi range comes in two absorbencies: Super Light (5mls) for discharge, expecting your period, or really light flows,  and Moderate-Heavy (15mls) for feeling carefree and confident on medium to heavy period days – holding up to 2-3 tampons’ worth!
